Born and raised in Toronto, Cary graduated from York Mills C.I. He has firsthand knowledge of Toronto’s French Immersion System, having graduated with Honours in it’s second-ever class. His two children attended the same French Immersion Program and schools that he did.
With an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, a graduate diploma in Public Relations from Humber College, experience and success in real estate, sales and marketing, creative problem-solving and commitment to continuing education and learning, Cary offers his clients a significant advantage in today’s competitive market. He has recently completed his Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) and his Seniors' Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations and is currently working towards his Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation to best meet the needs of his growing and diverse clientele. Throw in his unbridled enthusiasm, passion for residential real estate and his ability to connect with people and it uniquely positions Cary to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. After patiently listening to his clients and collaborating with his team, trusted trades and experts, he then works tirelessly to exceed his clients’ expectations – a proven process that has earned Cary many coveted national marketing and industry awards over his career.
When Cary met broker William Wallace in 2017, it was an ideal match. Over his thirty-plus years in Toronto real estate as one of this country's largest brokerages' top sellers, as a RE/MAX branch manager, as one of Toronto's most ethical and highly-decorated agents, and--most significantly--as a champion for each and every one of his loyal clients and their families over the years, William has seen it all. William took Cary under his wing as his right-hand person, buyer agent, administration and marketing assistant, working with all of his clients and on all of his deals, playing a pivotal mentoring role and helping shape Cary into the knowledgeable and successful realtor that he is today.
Cary welcomed Lisa to the William Wallace Team in mid-2021, as he now solely dedicates his time to working with buyer and seller clients to help them navigate the challenging and complex Toronto real estate landscape.
Cary and his wife, Debbie lived in the Toronto Midtown, Annex, Humewood, and Cedarvale neighbourhoods before going back to his roots and settling in North York once the kids were school-aged. He values and understands the ever-important role a strong and loving home plays in family and financial life and strives to bring this sense of fulfilment, enjoyment, and stability to his clients by helping them find their dream homes, investment and recreational properties.
