Born and raised in Toronto, Cary graduated from York Mills C.I. He has firsthand knowledge of Toronto’s French Immersion System, having graduated with Honours in it’s second-ever class. His two children attended the same French Immersion Program and schools that he did.
With an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, a graduate diploma in Public Relations from Humber College, experience and success in real estate, sales and marketing, creative problem-solving and commitment to continuing education and learning, Cary offers his clients a significant advantage in today’s competitive market. Armed with his Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), his Seniors' Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and his Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations, he is able to exceed the needs of his growing and diverse clientele. When Cary met broker William Wallace in 2017, it was an ideal match. Cary and his wife, Debbie lived in the Toronto Midtown, Annex, Humewood, and Cedarvale neighbourhoods before going back to his roots and settling in North York once the kids were school-aged.
